RESOLUTION NO. 4066
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK,
UNIT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Resolution
of Intention No. 3939 adopted by this Council on May 18, 1964~ was
$1,112,000; and
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said
estimate may be reduced to $1,010,000;
NOw, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the estimate of costs contained in the Engineer's
Report filed with the City Clerk and approved by this Council on
September 8, 1964, be reduced from $1,112,000 to $1,010,000, and that
the several items therein be modified as provided in the copy thereof
revised by the Engineer of Work under date of September 21, 1964, a
copy of which is filed with the City Clerk.
2. That the total amount of the assessment is hereby reduced
to $1,010,000, and that each of the individual assessments shall be
reduced by its pro rata share of the difference between the original
assessment and the new assessment, to-wit:

3. That the Engineer's Report be amended by revising the
estimate of costs and the assessment in conformity with this resolution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 19th day of
October, 1964, by the following vote:
