CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE FILING OF AN
AMENDED ASSESSMENT - PERSON & SWANSON
INDUSTRIAL TRACT LOT 18 BLOCK 1
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of land, to wit: as de-
scribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby in-
corporated herein and made a part hereof, upon which
there is an unpaid assessment against which bonds have
been issued and which has been subdivided and which the
City Council, on application of the owner, desires to
segregate and apportion unpaid installments of the orig-
inal assessment in accordance with the benefits to the
several parts of the original parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco that the,Director of
Public Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets, shall
file with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment
of the lot or parcel of land described, to wit: as de-
scribed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby incor-
porated herein and made a part hereof, including map or
plot plan showing how such lot or parcel has been divided,
make said amended assessment so that the total amount of
the assessment of the several portions of said lot or
parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessment upon the
original lot or parcel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon filing of said re-
port and amended assessment, the City Clerk shall fix a
time and place for hearing upon the amended assessment
and shall give notice of the hearing by publication. Said
time and notice shall conform to the requirements of
Section 8732 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California.
