CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF
SAN MATEO PROVIDING FOR CHESTNUT AVENUE
EXTENSION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the Agreement
between the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision
of the State of California, and the City of South San Fran-
cisco, a general law city.~of the State of California, where-
in provision is made for the Chestnut Avenue extension pro-
ject, is hereby authorized, and the Mayor of said City is
authorized to execute said A~reement on behalf of the
City, and the City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 2nd day of November
19 64., by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN
Patrick E. Ahern, Frank Bertucelll. Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi
