CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER
AS THE PERSON AUTHORIZED TO EXAMINE THE
BOARD OF EQUALIZATION SALES TAX RECORDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized as the person to examine the Board
of Equalization Sales Tax Records for the purpose of
determining credits made or due to the City of South San
Francisco, and he is further authorized to designate one
other person to assist him in making the examination.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 2nd day of November
1964 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN
Patrick E. Ahem. Frank Bertucelli, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi
