CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH HEALY TIBBITTS -
ACCESS ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of an agreement
with Healy Tibbitts, wherein provision is made for con-
struction of an access road from Butler Road to Healy
Tibbitts, is hereby authorized, and the Mayor is author-
ized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City, and
City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
