RESOLUTION NO. 4082
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
BUTLER ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California~ that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby,
directed to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds to
be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3943 adopted
by this Council on May 18, 196~. Said notice~ in form to be
prepared by Wilson, Harzfeld~ Jones & Morton, shall be given
by the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the various
banks and bond houses interested in the purchase of such bonds
at least ten days before the date of sale of said bonds.
2. Bids on said bonds shall be opened, examined and de-
clared at 8:00'o'clock P. M. on December 7, 1964o
3. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law
firm of Wilson, Harzfeld~ Jones & Morton, San Mateo, California,
unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and
the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 16th day of
November, 1964, by the following vote:
