HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 4083-1964WHJM: EAW: jm 10/14/64 RESOLUTION NO. 4083 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK, UNIT NO. 1 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require, and that it is the intention of said Council to change and modify Section 16 of Resolution of Intention No. 3939 adopted by this Council on May 18, 1964, and in the proceedings had pursuant thereto, to read as follows: "16. Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to repre- sent the unpaid assessments, and bear interest at the rate of three and three-fourths per cent (3-3/4%) per annum for all bonds maturing in or before 1970 and three and seven-eighths per cent (3-?/8%) per annum for all bonds maturing thereafter, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, Division l0 of the Streets and Highways Code, the last installment of which bonds shall mature not to exceed nine (9) years from the second day of July next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. The provisions of Part ll.1 of said Act, providing an alternative procedure for the advance payment of assessments and the calling of bonds, shall apply." NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday , the 7th day of December, 1964, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the regular meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where said Council will consider the matter of making said changes and modifications and hearing all protests and persons inter- ested therein. The City Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of this resolu- tion to be published once in the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper published and circulated in said City and the paper in which the Notice of Improvement under said Resolution of Intention was published, said publication to be at least ten days before said day of hearing. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro- duced and adopted'by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 16th day of November, 1964, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN NOES, " ABSENT, " Patrick E.
