RESOLUTION NO. 4084
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AMENDED BID FOR BONDS
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK,
UNIT NO. i
RESOLVED~ by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California Properties,
Inc., the owner of the property subject to assessment in the
proceedings had pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3939
adopted by this Council on May 18, 196~, has filed with this
Council an amendment to its petition, wherein it has changed the
maturity of the bond schedule;
~HtEREAS, Stone & Youngberg, the purchaser of the bonds
to be issued pursuant to said Resolution of Intention, has
filed with this Council an amendment to its bid dated November
9, 196~, wherein it changed the maturity schedule and the date
and date of delivery of the bonds;
WHEREAS, Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California Properties,
Inc. has requested that the amendment to said bid be accepted; and
P~tEREAS, the public interest, convenience and general
welfare will be served by this Council accepting said amendment
to the bid for the bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the amendment to the
bid of Stone & Youngberg for the purchase of the bonds to be
issued in these proceedings be accepted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 16th day of November ,
1964, by the following vote:
