HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 4092-1964 RESOLUTION NO. 4092 A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK, UNIT NO. I RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that ~S, pursuant to Resolution No. 4083 of this Council ordering same, adopted on November 16 , 1964, notice has been duly given of the intention of this Council to change and modify Section 16 of Resolution of Intention No. 3939 adopted by this Council on May 18, 1964, and the proceedings had pursuant thereto; and WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written protests against said proceedings or any part thereof and all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifica- tions were fully heard and considered by this Council; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that: 1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby, overruled. 2. That Section 16 of said Resolution of Intention and pro- ceedings had pursuant thereto be changed and modified, as follows: "16. Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to repre- sent the unpaid assessments, and bear interest at the rate of three and three-fourths per cent (3-3/4%) per annum for all bonds maturing in or before 1970 and three and seven-eighths per cent (3-7/8%) per annum for all bonds maturing thereafter, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the Improve- ment Bond Act of 1915, Division l0 of the Streets and Highways Code, the last installment of which bonds shall mature not to exceed nine (9) years from the second day of July~ext suc- ceeding ten (10) months from their date. The provisions of Part ll.1 of said Act, providing an alternative procedure for the advance ~ayment of assessments and the calling of bonds, shall apply. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 7th day of December, 1964, by the following vote: AYES, COUNC ~ Patrick E.
