HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 4094-1964 'RESOLUTION NO. 4094 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT INDUSTRIAL SEWERS AND PUMPING STATIONS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that %~54EREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the City Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 1987 adopted by the City Council of said City on March 15, 1954~ and the provisions of the Municipal Improvement ~'~ct of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on May l?, 1954, and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of said City; and WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under the Refund Assessment Bond Act of 1935 as modified in the Munici- pal Improvement Act of 1913, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that 1. The Superintendent of Streets shall cause to be prepared and filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of Diagram and Assessment Nos. 22, 23B and 24 by dividing them into new parcels to be designed Diagram and Assessment Nos. 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62 and 63. 2. That the unpaid installments of said original asseamment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of the original lots or parcels shall be equal to the ~upaid assessments upon said original lots or parcels of land. 3. That Monday , the 4th day of January, 1965, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the regular meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, be and the same are hereby, fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended assessment before said Council. 4. That the City Clerk of said City shall advertise the time and place of such hearing before the City Council by publishing a notice of said amended assessment twice in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said City, the first publication being not less than fifteen days before said hearing. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 7th day of December, 196~, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCIL,-Il Patrick E. Ahern, Frank Bertucelli, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi. NOES, " None. ABSENT, " None. City Clerk 2
