CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, FIRE HYDRANTS AND FACIL-
ITIES IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA - 1964
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Coun-
cil of the City of South San Francisco and published no-
tice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared
on the 24th day of November , 196~ for the work
to be done and the improvement to be made as described
and specified in Resolution No. kO6~ entitled "A RESOLUTION
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AUTHORIZING THE WORK
AND CALLING FOR BIDS FOR THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, FIRE HY-
DP. ANTS AND FACILITIES IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA~1964''.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract for doing the work and im-
provements and furnishing the materials, supplies and
equipment necessary therefor, to the lowest responsible
bidder, to wit: Kennedy Electric Company
at the unit prices named in their bid.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized
to make and enter into a written contract with said suc-
cessful bidder and to authorize, receive and approve all
bonds in connection therewith, and the City Clerk of
said City is hereby directed to attest his signature
and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
