CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A TIME FOR
FILING PROCEEDINGS, CORRESPONDENCE AND
OTHER MATTERS WITH THE CITY CLERK FOR
COUNCIL AGENDA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that all proceedings, correspondence
and other matters shall be filed with the City Clerk as
set forth below to be scheduled on the Council Agenda of
a regular meeting;
1. For the regular meeting on the first Monday of
each month: Proceedings, correspondence and other matters
shall be filed with the City Clerk on or before 12 o'clock
noon on the Wednesday preceding the fourth Monday of the
prior month, and the Council Agenda shall be prepared and
distributed to the Council on or before 5 o'clock p.m. on
the Friday following said Wednesday.
2. For the regular meeting on the third Monday of
each month: Proceedings, correspondence and other matters
shall be filed with the City Clerk on or before 12 o'clock
noon on the Wednesday preceding the second Monday of the
said month, and the Council Agenda shall be prepared and
distributed to the Council on or before 5 o'clock p.m. on
the Friday following said Wednesday.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
