A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
BUTLER ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San F~ancisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3943,
adopted by said Council on May 18, 1964, and its Resolution
calling for bids on the sale of bonds pursuant thereto,
adopted on November 16, 1964, notice of said sale has been
duly given~
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed the~e~n for
~eceiving bids for the purchase of said bonds, and said bids
have been received and publicly opened, examined and declared
by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids ~eceived for the purchase of
said bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they
a~e hereby, rejected, and that said bonds be, and they a~e
hereby, o~ered sold to Stone & Youngberg
, as the highest ~esponslble bidder
therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the te~ms and
conditions set forth in the Notice of Sale of said bonds
and in said accepted bid.
~. That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed
to have said bonds printed forthwith, and that the same be
immediately signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on
receipt of the amount therefor and upon the performance of
the conditions contained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the
same is hereby, fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
