A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A GRADING
PERMIT TO CABOT, CABOT & FORBES
CALIFORI~IA PROPERTIES, INC.UNIT #?
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works
having filed a report of his recommendations on the
application of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California Proper-
ties, Inc. for a Grading Permit, the City Council here-
by authorizes the City Clerk to issue a Gradin~ Permit
in form and content attached hereto as Exhibit "A" en-
titled "Grading Permit - Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California
Properties, Inc."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEO that the City Clerk shall
collect the cost of defraying the expense of the examin-
ation and the report by the Oirector of Public Works in
tae sum of Ten 0ollars ($10.00) prior to issuance of the
Permit.
I hereby certify that the foresoin~ Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular
meeting held on the 14th day of December , 19~4,
by the followin~ vote:
