CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A LEASE WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
FOR USE OF LAND ADJACENT TO COLMA CREEK
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of a lease bet-
ween the State of California and the City of South San
Francisco, wherein provision is made for use of a par-
cel of property adjacent to Colma Creek near Airport
Boulevard, which parcel of property is more particularly
described therein, is hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Manager of the City of South San Francisco are hereby
authorized to execute said lease on behalf of the City
and City Clerk attests their signatures thereto.
