HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 4106-1964RESOLUTION NO. 4106 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CHANGE OF THE NAME OF A STREET, TO WIT: BUTLER AVENUE (PORTION EASTERLY OF AIRPORT BOULEVARD) TO OYSTER POINT BOULEVARD WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco desires to order the change of the name of a certain street from Butler Avenue (portion easterly of Airport Boulevard) to Oyster Point Boulevard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, and it is hereby ordered, that the name of the street now known as Butler Avenue (particularly that portion commencing at the inter- section of said street and Airport Boulevard and running easterly to its terminus) together with the extensions thereof to the Oyster Point Marina, as said street and ex- tensions are shown on the map entitled "The Official Map of the City of South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California" dated October 1964, is hereby changed to Oyster Point Boulevard. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEO that the City Clerk shall for- ward a copy of this Resolution to the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo and any other public agency or office as required by law. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of December 1964 , by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahern, Frank Bertucelli, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi NOES, " None ABSENT, " None ATTEST: City Clerk
