CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A GRADING PERMIT
TO CABOT, CABOT & FORBES CALIFORNIA PROPER-
TIES, INC. FOR THE TWENTY-SIX ACRE DISPOSAL
AREA LOCATED NORTHERLY OF BUTLER AVENUE
AND OPPOSITE ECCLES AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works
having filed a report of his recommendations on the
application of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California Proper-
ties, Inc. for a Grading Permit to grade a twenty-six
acre disposal area located northerly of Butler Avenue
and opposite Eccles Avenue, the City Council hereby
authorizes the City Clerk to issue a Grading Permit in
form and content attached hereto as Exhibit "A" entitled
"Grading Permit to Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California
Properties, Inc. for the twenty-six acre disposal area
located northerly of Butler Avenue and opposite Eccles
Avenue".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
collect the cost of defraying the expense of the examin-
ation and the report by the Oirector of Public Works
in the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) prior to issuance
of the Permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the Plst day of
1964 , by the following vote:
