CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF
EASEMENT FROM GIUSEPPE GISELDINI
AND MARY GISELDINI FOR A STORM AND
SANITARY SEWER LINE - WILLOW GARDENS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Grant of Easement contained
in the Grant Deed dated December 21, 1964, executed by
Giuseppe Giseldini and Mary Giseldini, his wife, wherein
provision is made for an easement for storm and sanitary
sewer purposes over the lands therein described, is here-
by accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is author-
ized to record said Grant Deed with the County Recorder
of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an a4tourned regular
meeting held on the 23rd day of December , 1964
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank Bertucelli, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew
Rocca, and Guido J, Rozzi
