CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
INSTALLATION OF STEAM GENERATOR AND
APPURTENANCES - SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 4th day of January , 19_~9_
'for the work go be done and the improvement to De made as
described and specified: in Resolution No.4109 entitled
"A Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications, Author-
izing the Work and Calling Bids for Installation of Steam
Generator and Appurtenances - Sewage Treatment Plant"
NOW, TkE~FORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing nhe materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, a~ the unit pri-
ces named in their bid to wit:

2. That the ~yor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
i hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly innroduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of January
19 65 , by the following vote:
