CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHOR-
IZING DESTRUCTION OF ELECTION RETURNS
AND SUPPLIES FOR THE TREASURE ISLAND
ANNEXATION ELECTION OF FEBRUARY 5, 1963
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has in his office election
returns, supplies of precincts, ballots and rosters from
the Treasure Island Annexation election of February 5,
1963, and,
WHEREAS, destruction of said returns is authorized
by the laws of the State of California within six (6)
months after said election, if there is no contest pending,
and,
WHEREAS, more than six (6) months have passed and
no contest is pending, and the City Council consents to
and approves the destruction of said returns.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco does hereby approve
and consent to the destruction of the Treasure Island
Annexation election returns, supplies and rosters, which
election was held on February 5, 1963.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 18%h day of January ,
