A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONT~RACT
CLEANING OF DIGESTERS - SEWAGE
TREATMENT PLANT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Cigy of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notices bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the llth day of January , 1965
'for the work to be done and the improvemant to be made as
described and specified: In Resolution No.4110 entitled
"A Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications, Author-
izing the Work and Calling Bids For Cleaning of Digesters -
Sewage Treatment Plant"
NOW, T~P~FO~ iT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all' of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the connract for doing the work ane improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipmen~ necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named in their bid to wit:
R & L Digester Cleaning Co.
2. ~at tne' b~yor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a wrinten contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 18th day of January
19 65 , by the following vote:
