CiTY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO: STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A -RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
EARTH DIKE LAGOONS FOR DISPOSAL OF
SLUDGE - SEWAGE TREATMENT ~LANT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WF~AS, pursuant to previous order of Zhe City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the llth day of January , 1965
'for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified: In Resolution No.4111 entitled
"A Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications, Author-
izing the Work and Calling Bids for Earth Dike Lagoons
for Disposal of Sludge - Sewage Treatment Plant"
~~o~x~.~ 7~ IS ORDERED as follows.
!. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor~ to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named in their bid to wit:
Cima Construction Co., Inc.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder~ and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
i hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 18th day of January
19 65 ~ by the following vote:
