CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEFTANCE
OF A GRANT OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASE-
MENT - COUNTRY CLUB PARK SEWER EASE-
MENTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the grant of public service
easement by Louis J. Poletti and Natalia J. Poletti,
his wife, and Beatrice Rossi, and Richard P. Lyons
and Janet K. Lyons, his wife, wherein easements are
granted for a sanitary outfall sewer and a storm drain
sewer over, abross, under and through the parcels there-
in described, is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is
authorized to record said grant of easement with the
County Recorder.
