CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF SANITARY AND STORM SEWERS
IN COUNTRY CLUB PARK
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the seven (7)
counterparts of that certain Agreement between the City
and several property owners in Country Club Park for
the construction and installation of sanitary and storm
sewers and the acquisition of capacity interest in exist-
ing facilities is hereby authorized, and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the
City, and the City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
