HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 4131-1965RESOLUTION NO. 4131 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE COUNCIL'S INTENTION TO ESTABLISH A ZONING CLASSI- FICATION AND AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 353 AS AMENDED TO REZONE THE PAR- CEL HEREIN DESCRIBED AS PLANNED COMMU- NITY DISTRICT OR P-C DISTRICT. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: WHEREAS, the City Council, after having duly received and considered the revised Zoning Map for the proposed "Stonegate Ridge," Planned Unit Development, which plan has been duly con- sidered together with Planning Commission proceedings set forth in Resolution No. 1772 and related documents, including the Application, General Development Plan and General Development Schedule previously filed, with the Planning Commission and, WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to Ordinance No. 353 as amended, desires to initiate an amendment to the Zoning Or- dinance establishing the classification for the area referred to as "Stonegate Ridge" as Planned Community District or P-C District. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that 1. The City Council does hereby declare its intention to establish a zoning classification for the parcel referred to as "Stonegate Ridge", which parcel is more particularly des- cribed in Exhibit A attached hereto and amend Ordinance No. 353 as amended so as to rezone said parcel Planned Community District or P-C District. 2. The revised Zoning Map and Traffic Flow Plan together with proceedings contained in Resolution 1772 of the Planning Commission and related documents, including the Application, General Development Plan, and General Development Schedule be referred to the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco for report and recommendation after a public hear- ing before said Commission duly noticed as required by law. 3. The City Clerk upon receipt of the report and re- commendation of the Planning Commission shall set a hearing before the City Council, said hearing to be not less than ten days after the date of filing said report and recommenda- tion.
