CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A GRAD-
ING PERMIT FOR MARCO SENALDI
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works
having filed a report of his recommendations on the applic-
ation of Marco Senaldi for a Grading Permit to grade a
site located between the westerly terminus of Marco Way
and the easterly line of Bayshore Freeway as shown on
the map entitled "Grading Plan, Parcel 1, Lands of Marco
and Marie Senaldi", dated January 1965, Drawing No.642OO8-
D1, the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to
issue a Grading Permit in form and content and on the terms
and conditions set forth in the Grading Permit entitled
"Grading Permit, Parcel 1, Lands of Marco and Marie Senaldi",
Drawing No.642008-D1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
collect the cost of defraying the expense of the examin-
ation and the report by the Director of Public Works in
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) prior to issuance of the
Permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 1st day of Februar~
