CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION HONORING
MRS. MARGARET HARRISON KIESSLING
WHEREAS, Mrs. Margaret Harrison Kiessling has been
a resident of the City of South San Francisco since the
year of 1899, and,
WHEREAS, during her many years as a resident she
has contributed to the welfare of the City of South San
Francisco, and,
WHEREAS, on December 18, 1964, she celebrated her
100th birthday, and the members of the City Council on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco desire to honor
the City's oldest living resident, who has served the City
so well.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that in honor of Mrs.
Margaret Harrison Kiessling, the City's oldest living resi-
dent, February 3, 1965 shall be and it is hereby declared
to be "Margaret Harrison Kiessling Day" in the City of
South San Francisco.
