A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN INDENTURE WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY
FOR TWO 39-INCH STORM SEWER CROSSINGS AT
KIMBALL WAY
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that certain
indenture between Southern Pacific Company and the City
of South San Francisco, wherein Southern Pacific Company
grants to City an easement to construct, reconstruct,
maintain and operate two 39-inch storm sewer crossings
on the parcel therein described, is hereby authorized,
and the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are authorized
to execute said indenture on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
