CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF
A GRADING PERMIT TO PEDEMONTE PROPER-
TIES, INC. FOR WILLOW GARDENS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works,
having filed a report of his recommendatiOns of the
application of Pedemonte Properties, Inc. for a Grading
Permit, the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk
to issue to Pedemonte Properties, Inc. a Grading Permit
entitled "Grading Permit, Pedemonte Properties, Inc.
(Willow Gardens)" to fill and grade the property shown
on the plan entitled "Grade Plan, Willow Gardens, pre-
pared by Theodore V. Tronoff, Survey No.5665, Drawing No.
WG-G-1, dated December 1964, revised January 26, 1965."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
collect the cost of defraying the expense of the examin-
ation and the report by the Director of Public Works in
the sum of Ten and no/lO0 -Dollars
($ 10.00 ) prior to issuing the Permit.
