CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
DISMANTLING AND RECONSTRUCTION AT MILLER
AVENUE POLICE STATION SITE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 16th day of February , 1965
'for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified: "Dismantling and Reconstruction
at Miller Avenue Police Station Site"
NOW, Th~REFORE~ IT IS ORDERED as follows:
4. =~ said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named in their bid to wit:
Albert Martin
~ That the !¢~yor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidders and the Ciey Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix ~hereto the corporate seal of
ghe City.

gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of ~he
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 1st day of ~arch
