CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A GRADING PERMIT
TO BIG EYE-SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works
having filed a report of his recommendations on the applic-
ation of Big Eye-South San Francisco, Inc. for a Grading
Permit to grade the area set forth in the Grading Applic-
ation dated February 17, 1965, the City Council hereby
authorizes the City Clerk to issue a Grading Permit in
form and content attached hereto as Exhibit "A" entitled
"Grading Permit to Big Eye-South San Francisco, Inc.".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
collect the cost of defraying the expense of the examin-
ation and the report by the Director of Public Works in
the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) prior to issuance of the
Permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
