A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZINO EXECUTION OF AOREEMENT
CABOT, CABOT & ~ORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that there has been this day presented to
this Council a form of Agreement entitled "Agreement for Release
and for Apportioning Costs and Duties, Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Indus-
trial Park Unit No. 1," which has been approved as to form by the
City Attorney and Bond Counsel and which contract will be executed
by Swift & Company and Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California Properties,
Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that, upon submission of
the Agreement, executed by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California
Properties, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Swift & Company, an
Illinois corporation, the Mayor execute said agreement in the name
of the City in such multiple copies as are necessary or useful, and
that the City Clerk attest his signature and affix thereto the
corporate seal.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held this 15th day of N~rch, 1965, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Frank Bertucelli, Emilio Cortesi, Andrew
Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi.
