RESOLUTION NO. 4162
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEER' S CERTIFICATE
AND DIRECTING PAYMENT
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 3
RESOLVED~ by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that the sum of $B8,601.49 be paid to Cabot,
Cabot & Forbes California Properties, Inc. from the Construction
Fund created pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2671 adopted
by this Council on June 21, 1958 for the following work, to wit:
(a)
Moneys paid to Lowrie Paving Co. for
construction of the work described in
subdivisions (b), (e) and (f) of
Resolution No. 3995, ~ Resolution
Ordering Changes and Modifications,
adopted by this Council on July 6,

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
