RESOLUTION NO. 4163
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF RIGHT OF
SERVICE FOR WATER SERVICE AND RESCINDING RESOLU-
TION NO. 3924
LOWRIE-BOTHIN-SWANSON PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3106, a Resolution of
Intention to Acquire and Construct Improvements, Lowrie-Bothin-
Swanson Project, adopted by this Council on November 7, 1960, it is
proposed that the City acquire a right of service from water facili-
ties in the tract more particularly described in said Resolution of
Intention; and
WHEREAS, all of the owners of the property within said
tract have contracted with California Water Service Company for
providing service to said tract, and have respectively paid therefor
the following sums, to wit: Lowrie Paving Company, $10,678; Bothin
Real Estate Company, $16~484; and Victor S. Swanson, $7,007;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED and DETERMINED, as follows:
1. That the City accept said right of service for said
water facilities.
2. That warrants be drawn on the construction fund for said
project for the acquisition of said right of service by the City to
the following persons and in the following amounts:

3. That Resolution No. 3924, adopted on May 4, 1964, be,
and the same hereby is, repealed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco at a regular meeting held this 15th day of March, 1965, by the
following vote:
