CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EX-
PENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE
STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
W~EREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the
City of South San Francisco, hereinafter referred to as the
City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division
of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department, on
March 8, 1961, for expenditure of State-allocated funds,
and,
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and
was submitted to the Department on December 21, 1964, show-
ing the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended
to be made during the 1964-65 fiscal year, and,
WHEREAS, a budget approved by the Department on Febru-
ary 10, 1965 has been presented to the City Council in
accordance with the project statement submitted by the City,
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budget,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the
contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco that said budget be,
and is hereby, adopted as the budget of expenditures re-
commended to be made from such funds during the 1964-65
fiscal year.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the 15%h day of
19 65., by the following vote:
