RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASE-
MENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES AND FIRE
ALARM SYSTEM - WESTBOROUGH UNT #3
TRACT #817
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the grant of easements con-
tained in the Grant Deed dated February 12, 1965, and
executed by American Guild Homes, wherein easements for
public utilities, fire alarm system and incidental pur-
poses are granted over the parcels of land therein de-
scribed, is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is
authorized to cause said Grant Deed to be recorded in
the Official Records of San Mateo County.
