CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE
OF A GRADING PERMIT TO KENNEDY,
GOLDKUHL & BERTETTA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
WHEREAS, the report and recommendation by the Di-
rector of Public Works has been duly made and filed on
the Grading Permit application of Kennedy, Goldkuhl &
Berretta, and,
WHEREAS, the application, plan, soils report, report
and recommendation of the Director of Public Works and
other relevant matters have been duly considered by the
City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that
1. The City Clerk shall issue a Grading Permit to
Kennedy, Goldkuhl &Bertetta.
2. The Grading Permit shall be issued in form and
content and on the terms and conditions set forth in the
permit entitled "Grading Permit Issued To Kennedy, Gold-
kuhl & Berretta".
3. The City Clerk shall collect the cost of defray-
ing the expense of the examination of the application,
plan and soils report in the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.OO)
prior to the issuance of said permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the 5th day of
