CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY COUN-
CIL'S INTENTION TO GRANT A LICENSE TO
SHELL OIL COMPANY TO CONSTRUCT AND IN-
STALL A PETROLEUM TRANSMISSION PIPELINE
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the City Council does hereby
declare its intention to grant a license to Shell Oil
Company to construct and install a pipe line across
the property under the jurisdiction of the City of South
San Francisco pursuant to the Statutes of 1925, which
pipeline will be constructed and installed generally as
shown on the map entitled "Proposed Submarine Pipeline"
dated February 18, 1965.
