CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE AS RECOM-
MENDED BY PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION
NO.1772, PASSED AUGUST 24, 1964, AND APPROV-
ING THE REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS SET
FORTH IN PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NOS.
1862 AND 1863 AND ORDERING ENDORSEMENTS AF-
FIXED TO SAID REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The City Council does hereby grant the variance
recommended in Planning Commission Resolution No.1772,
passed August 24, 1964, entitled "A Resolution of the
Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco
recommending approval to the City Council on the Variance
Application of Meyer & Young Building Corporation".
2. The City Council hereby approves the reports and
recommendations of the Planning Commission of the City of
South San Francisco set forth in the following Resolutions:
a. Resolution No.1862, passed the 8th day of
March , 1965 , entitled "A Resolution of
the Planning Commission of the City of South San Fran-
cisco recommending approval of the Resolution of In-
tention of the City Council of South San Francisco to
rezone 57.9 acres of land (on Sign Hill) from an R-1
District to a Planned Community District.
b. Resolution No.1863, passed the 8th day of
March , 19 65 , entitled "A Resolution of
the Planning Commission of the City of South San Fran-
cisco recommending approval of the "Findings of Fact"
on the Resolution of Intention of the City Coun-
cil of the City of South San Francisco to rezone
57.9 acres of land (Stonegate Ridge) from an R-1
District to a Planned Community District".
3. The Mayor and City Clerk shall endorse said re-
ports and recommendations to evidence adoption thereof.
