CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN
MATEO DISSOLVE THE WESTBOROUGH LIGHTING
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that said Council respectfully requests:
1. That ~he Board of Supervisors of the County of
San Mateo dissolve the Westborough Lighting Maintenance
District, formerly known as the Callan Park Lighting Main-
tenance District, formed pursuant to the Board of Super-
visors' Resolution Nos. 16344 and 16345, or withdraw from
said District a portion of territory now included in the
boundaries of the City of South San Francisco, after having
been annexed thereto.
2. That the properties and funds be distributed and
disbursed in accordance with Section 5853 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
