CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CALIFORNIA
PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION TO MAKE
ALLOCATION FROM CROSSING PROTECTION
FUND FOR PROTECTION OF BUTLER ROAD
CROSSING OF THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC COM-
PANY TRACKS
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, does hereby resolve, declare and determine as
follows:
SECTION I. That the Mayor of the City of South San
Francisco is hereby authorized to request the California
Public Utilities Commission to make an allocation to said
City from the Crossing Protection Fund in the maximum amount
of Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Dollars ($3,880.00)
which said amount will not exceed one-half of the total cost
of said City's share of constructing protection and install-
ing two Standard No.8 flashing light signals at Butler Road
Crossing No.E 9.4-C of the Southern Pacific Company as
specified in Decision No.62756 of the Public Utilities
Commission, and the Mayor and City Clerk of said City are
hereby authorized to sign and execute the same for and on
behalf of said City.
SECTION II. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceed-
ings of the City Council of said City in the minutes of
the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.

Council of said City at a regular meeting of said City

of said City, and that it was adopted by the following
