A EESOLb~ION A~THORIZING EXECUTION OF A PETROLEUM
PIPELINE AGreemENT O~ A LICENSE TO S~.T. OIL
COMPANY, A CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that it does hereby authorize the execution of a Petroleum
Pipeline Agreement between the City of South San Francisco, a munici-
pal corporation, and Shell Oil Company, a Delaware corporation, wherein
provision is made for the grant of a license to construct, install,
maintain and operate a submerged pipeline for the transportation of
petroleum substances over, across, in, under and through the parcel of
land therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Vice Mayor of the
City shall and they are hereby authorized to execute said Petroleum
Pipeline Agreement, and the City Clerk is authorized to attest their
signatures thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and aaopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of May, 1965 by
the followim~ vote:

Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio
Cortesi, and Andrew Rocca.
