CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOU'~H SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OI'J)ERING THE FILING OF
AN AMENDED ASS! SSMENT -
LITTLEFIELD AVEN1JE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of land, to wit: As described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby incorporated herein
and made a part hereof, up)n which there is an unpaid assess-
ment against which bonds h~[ve been issued and which has been
subdivided and which the C[ty Council, on application of the
owner, desires to segregate: and apportion unpaid installments
of the original assessment in accordance with the benefits to
the several parts of the ol~iginal parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that the Director of Public
Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets, shall file with
the City Clerk a report and amended assessment of the lot or
parcel of land described, t3 wit: As described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and hereby incorporated herein and made a part
hereof, including map or plot plan showing how such lot or
parcel has been divided, ma~.~e said amended assessment so that
the total amount of the ass~
