CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PORTION
OF A STREET RIGHT OF WAY DESIGNATED AS OAKMONT
DRIVE IN WESTBOROUGH-WEST PARK UNIT #2, WHICH
DESIGNATION WAS THEREAFTER CHANGED TO CALLAN
BOULEVARD BY CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO.4105
PASSED DECEMBER 21, 1964
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that this Council does hereby find, order and
determine that:
1. The City Council on the 17th
1965., adopted its Resolution No.4212

entitled "RESOLUTION OF
INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A STREET RIGHT OF WAY DESIG-
NATED AS OAKMONT DRIVE IN WESTBOROUGH-WEST PARK UNIT #2, WHICH
DESIGNATION WAS THEREAFTER CHANGED TO CALLAN BOULEVARD BY CITY
COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO.4105 PASSED DECEMBER 21, 1964".
2. Said Resolution recites that the proceedings were
undertaken pursuant to the Street Vacation Act of 1941.
3. Said Resolution of Intention was duly published as
required by law and Notices of Hearing were duly posted in the
time, manner and form provided by law, all as appears from the
Affidavit of Publication and the Affidavit of Posting on file
in the office of the City Clerk of said City.
4. Monday, the 7th day of June , 1965 , at
the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers, City
Hall, Grand and Maple Avenues, South San Francisco, California,
was fixed in said Resolution of Intention as the time and
place when and where any and all persons interested in, or
having any objection to, said proposed vacation could appear
before said Council and be heard.
5. No objections of any kind or character have been,
or were, made or filed against said vacation.
6. The public interest, convenience and necessity re-
quire the vacation and abandonment of, and the City Coun-
cil does hereby order, the vacation and abandonment of
the street and highway easement over a portion of Oakmont
Drive (now designated Callan Boulevard) in Westborough -
West Park Unit #2, which is more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the most northerly corner of that certain parcel of
