CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE FILING OF
AN AMENDED ASSESSMENT -
PONDEROSA ROAD ASSESS~NT NO. 2.
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of land, to wit: As described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby incorporated herein
and made a part hereof, upon which there is an unpaid assess-
ment against which bonds have been issued and which has been
subdivided and which the City Council, on application of the
owner, desires to segregate and apportion unpaid installments
of the original assessment in accordance, with the benefits to
the several parts of the original parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that the Director of Public
Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets, shall file with
the City Clerk a report and amended assessment of the lot or
parcel of land described, to wit: As described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and hereby incorporated herein and made a part
hereof, including map or plot plan showing how such lot or
parcel has been divided, make said amended assessment so that
the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of
said lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessment upon
the original lot or parcel°
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon filing of said report
and amended assessment, the City Clerk shall fix a time and
place for hearing upon the amended assessment and shall give
notice of the hearing by publication; said time and notice
shall conform to the requirements of Section 8732 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 7th day of June , 19 65 , by the follow-
ing vote:

All that certain real property situate in the City of South
San Francisco, County of San Nateo, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a reference point, said point being the South-
westerly corner of Lot l0 in Block I as shown on that
certain map entitled "PONDEROSA HILLS, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", which map was filed in the
office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of
California on October 26, 1960, in Volume 53 of Maps at Page 6;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of Reference North 31° 17' 40"
West 108.04 ~et~o the true point of beginning; thence contin-
uing North 31v 17' 40" West 181.96 feet to a point on the South-
easterly line of Ponderosa §oad; thence continuing on said
Southeasterly line South 55 07' West 90 feetA thence South
31 .17' 40" East 176.34 feet; thence North 58v 42' 20" East
89.42 feet to the true point of beginning. Said parcel con-
taining 16,091± square feet.
