CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN ADDENDUM AGREEMENT AMENDING THE
AGREEMENT "GARBAGE COLLECTION AND DIS-
POSAL'' DATED JANUARY 20, 1964
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the Addendum
Agreement entitled "Addendum Agreement No.1 - Garbage
Collection and Disposal", which amends Section 12 of the
Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and the
South San Francisco Scavenger Company, dated January 20,
1964, providing for the establishment of new hours during
which the disposal site shall be kept open, is hereby
authorized, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk attests
his signature thereto.
