CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A CORPORATION GRANT DEED TO THE
COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that certain
Corporation Grant Deed by the City of South San Francisco,
a political subdivision of the State of California, which
Deed conveys to the County of San Mateo, a political sub-
division of the State of California, the following described
property:
Lots 5, 6 and 7 in Block 16 as shown on
that certain map entitled "Winston Manor
No. 2-A, South San Francisco, San Mateo
County, California" filed in the office
of the County Recorder of San Mateo County
on October 30, 1951 in Book 33 of Maps at
page 47
is hereby authorized, and the Mayor and Vice Mayor of said
City are hereby authorized to execute said Corporation Grant
Deed on behalf of the City, and City Clerk attests their
signatures thereto.
