A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTHERN
PACIFIC COMPANY--IMPROVEMENT OF PRO-
TECTIVE DEVICES AT LINDEN AVENUE EK-
12.8
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of that certain Agreement
between Southern Pacific Company, a corporation, and the City
of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, providing
for the improvement of protective devices at Linden Avenue,
crossing, EK-12.8, South San Francisco, San Marco County,
California, is hereby authorized and the Mayor of said City
is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City
and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
