CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN OPERATING AGREEMENT FOR
OYSTER POINT MARINA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute an agreement between the City of
South San Francisco and Fornesi Enterprises, to provide
for the furnishing, installing, housing, servicing and
maintenance of vending machines for public use at the
Oyster Point Marina. ·
