CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF WEST-
BOROUGH UNIT NO. 5 ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS
GRANTED THEREBY AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND IN-
STALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
The final map of Westborough Unit No. 5 is hereby ap-
proved;
2.
The eastments granted to the City of South San Francisco
by the final map of Westborough Unit No. 5 are hereby accepted;
3. The execution of an Agreement for the construction and
installation of public improvements entitled "Agreement Subdi-
vision Improvements~' between the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation, and Caesar Callan Homes, a California cor-
poration, and J. W. O'Brien and R. K. Leps entered into as of
the 21st day of June, 1965, is hereby authorized, and the Mayor
of the City of South San Francisco is authorized to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco and the
City Clerk attest his signature hereto.
